Giada Simionato is a PhD candidate in Smart Computing and member of the Machine Learning and Process Intelligence research group at the Department of Information Engineering of the University of Pisa. She received the Bachelor’s Degree in Information Engineering from the University of Padua and the Master’s Degree in Artificial Intelligence and Robotics from La Sapienza University of Rome, with a thesis about topological mapping algorithms applied to unknown indoor environments using robot swarms. Her main research interests are Swarm Intelligence, Multi-Agent Systems and Artificial Intelligence.
